Orders & Shipping

What’s the processing time for orders?

Ready To Ship: I ship website orders twice a week on Monday and Thursday mornings. Ready To Ship pieces are anything in the shop that’s already created, fully finished, and just waiting for you to snatch it out of my inventory.

Made To Order: Please allow 3-6 weeks for me to custom create your piece for you and get it shipped off. This is generally an outside timeline and Made To Order pieces are often done within just a couple weeks. As with Ready to Ship pieces, I package orders twice a week on Monday and Thursday mornings.

Custom: Custom design collaborations are highly individualized. The process has taken as little as two weeks and, in rare cases, several months. The benefit of working with me one-on-one is that we’re in direct communication about your design and the creation of your piece.

Where is my package?

All orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority. Priority shipping includes $50 insurance and you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.

If you're shipping to a location outside the United States, please contact me before you purchase your desired piece. You’ll be invoiced for the exact shipping cost. Most insured international priority shipments cost somewhere between $25 - $45 USD and arrive in 6-12 days.

I cannot be responsible for shipping delays once your package is delivered to the post office. I simply have no control once I send it off with love and plenty of padding.

In the very rare event your package is lost or stolen, you can file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Please also contact me and I will help in any way that I can.

Can I return my order?

As a small business owner, a one-woman operation, I don’t have the capacity for processing returns. Instead, I choose to focus my time and energy on creating quality work that my clients love.

Please know your size and please assess your budget before ordering.

No product refunds are issued for lost or stolen packages. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier and I will of course help in any way that I can. I insure every USPS Priority package up to $50 and send you a unique tracking number. See above for more details.
