Truly Artisan-Made

Every piece on this site is made by my two hands, from start to finish. While I do take meticulous care in my craft, this means there will occasionally be minor imperfections. If you're buying unique artisan jewelry, I hope you find those quirks charming. I would never sell anything that was structurally compromised. That being said, if you receive your finished piece and are not satisfied, review the return policy below. 

 

Care

I craft my pieces with 925 Sterling Silver and or copper (and occasionally brass). I include a 3 x 3.5" polishing cloth with each piece so you can care for it over time. 

If someone polishes your piece and damages it in the process, I cannot be held responsible for their work.

Know that all metals tarnish naturally over time, with your body chemistry contributing to the rate at which it tarnishes. Be sure to take your jewelry off before getting dirty, gardening, working out, showering, swimming, washing the dishes, etc. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.  

 

Sizing

Since my jewelry is one-of-a-kind, and most pieces are set with stones, I cannot resize your item and maintain the integrity and quality..

If you are uncertain about your ring size, wrist size, or desired chain length, I urge you to visit a local jeweler to make sure you order the correct size. When sizing, try on an item similar in width to the piece you're considering. For example, a thin size 8 ring band will fit differently than an extra thick size 8 band. I want you to be comfortable and love wearing it.

 

Custom Orders

You resonate with my work, my vibe, my witchy ways. You know you need [X} energy in your life, or you want something made with a particular stone, you're looking to activate a certain goddess / archetypal energy, etc.

I have a highly intuitive style of custom work that stems from my successful coaching practice. I adore these collaborative conversations. Contact me to ask if I'm accepting custom orders at this time.

If I am working on customs, our work together begins with you filling out and submitting my online Custom Collaboration Form. Don't worry, it's nothing stressful! It helps us dial it in and create your perfect piece. 

All custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit for me to begin the work. I will invoice you and your payment is due within 5 days of receipt. You can pay with PayPal, or a credit / debit card if you do not have a PayPal account. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished and before I ship it. 

 

Shipping

Orders shipping within the continental U.S. ship at a flat rate of $10 USD. This flat rate includes insurance. All orders are fulfilled via USPS Priority (2-3 days). You will receive an email with your unique tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

I cannot be responsible for delivery times once your shipment is delivered to the post office.

OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?  If you're shipping to a location outside the continental U.S., please contact me.

You will be invoiced your exact shipping cost. Most international priority shipments cost $25 USD and arrive in 6-12 days.  

CUSTOM ORDER?  Due to the possible variance in size, weight, and shape of custom pieces, you will be invoiced your exact shipping cost.

 

Returns

An item may only be returned if it is completely unaltered, undamaged, untarnished, and in the original packaging. 

Returns must be preauthorized via email in order to be eligible for a refund. Contact me to receive your authorization code.

Returns are accepted only if the item is sent back to me within 14 days of the original delivery date. You are responsible to pay return shipping costs and to include shipping insurance (required). 

Your refund amount is calculated minus a 20% restocking fee. 

No refunds are issued for lost or stolen packages. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. I insure every package I send and give you a unique tracking number.

No refunds are issued for custom pieces.
